The leadership of the National Association of Nigeria Students, NANS Zone B, comprising of states in the South East and South South region under the able leadership of Comrade Okereke Godson C Bishop, former SUG President of the Federal of University of Technology Owerri, FUTO. has conferred on Sir Stanley Amuchie, the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, 2019 Imo Governorship aspirant and former General Manager/Group Zonal Head, Zenith Bank Plc as their grand Patron.

Sir Stanley Amuchie, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Banker's of Nigeria (HCIB) was chosen based on his proven integrity in area of financial management and community services .
A philanthropist of note, Amuchie through his Goodlight Foundation has assisted in rendering socio-economic services to the so and has helped to transform and ameliorate the sufferings of the less privileged in our society.

Stanley Amuchie's antecedents and pedigree is a clear testimony and a motivation to the youths, no wonder Nigerian students under NANS ZONE B led by her coordinator , Comrade Bishop Godson Okereke in performance of his constitutional obligations decorated Chief Amuchie as their Grand Patron.

NANS is a non-profit Association that sustain itself under the mercies of struggle to liberate her students from all forms of intimidation, marginalization and political victimization. NANS is grouped into four ZONES which are ZONE (A, B,C,&D) with Zonal leaderships headed by its Coordinators and one National President.

Customarily it's necessary for all ZONES to have Patrons and a Grand Patron in every leadership regime, this idea is geared towards ensuring that individuals of goodwill is assembled as a strong pillar that will assist each leadership to thrive in area of finance, contacts, advises, counseling and guidance for a purpose-driven cum peaceful leadership without being under the mercy of University Management or government in activities of the Association.

The investiture was done in good faith as we wish to present him to all Nigerian Students comprising the good, bad and ugly to henceforth accord him all the necessary supports as our Grand Patron when necessary. He has promise to partner with my leadership for a purpose-driven administration.
