Embattled Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere has concluded plans with the leadership of African Democratic Congress, ADC, to fly the Party's flag in the 2019 Imo governorship election.
The Mbaitoli born former political soulmate of Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha Ifeanyicy.com learnt had a closed door meeting today in the nation's capital with the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu. Prince Madumere was accompanied to the meeting by the Imo State Chairman of ADC,

Madumere a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, APC, you could recall had served as Chief of Staff to Imo State Governor between 2011 to 2013 and was confirmed Deputy Governor of Imo State after the impeachment of Sir Jude Agbaso in 2013.
In 2015 general election, Madumere was elected in a joint ticket with his Boss, Owelle Rochas Okorocha. But his insistence to contest for the 2019 Imo governorship against the wish of his political mentor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, who preferred his Son-in-law, Uche Nwosu pitched Madumere against his boss, and Governor Okorocha immediately mobilised members of the Imo State House of Assembly led by Speaker Acho Ihim to impeach Madumere.
Chief Madumere had challenged his impeachment stating that the process of his impeachment was fraught with irregularities and non adherence to laws and rules governing impeachment of deputy governor of a state.
