It's remarkable, first of its kind, a departure from the norm, as Hon Tony Chinedu Nwulu, 2019 gubernatorial candidate of the United Progressive Party, UPP appoints Mr Kelechi Kingsley Chukwu-Nwaokorie as the Director General of his 2019 Imo Governorship Campaign Organization.
The Deputy Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Capital Market and Institutions representing Oshodi-Isolo 11 Federal Constituency of Lagos State took the bold step of appointing the 33 years Ehime-mbano LGA born graduate of Statistics from Imo State University, Mr Chukwu DG of his Campaign due to sterling qualities inherent in the young man.

Communicating his decision and that of his Mezie Imo Movement Campaign Organization to Ifeanyicy.com, the sponsor of "NOT TOO YOUNG TO RUN BILL", Hon Nwulu said, "Kelechi is a young man who is dedicated and passionate about his Job as the State Coordinator of Mezie Imo Movement. I have never seen a young man so selfless, committed and very articulate in pursuit of set goals. He has proven beyond reasonable doubt that he is capable to carry out any assignment bestowed on him. He has the zeal, charisma to deliver. He is hunger for Imo development and transformation. I have absolute confidence that he will do well if given a bigger task and I therefore on behalf of myself, my campaign organisation and Mezie Imo Movement appoint Mr Kelechi Kingsley Chukwu as Director General of my 2019 Imo Governorship election."
Continuing, Hon Nwulu said "In fulfillment of my call by God Almighty, I have declared my intention to contest for the 2019 Imo governorship as the candidate of the United Progressive Party, UPP. I have equally decamped from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the floor of the National Assembly to UPP. I have returned to help my state of Imo with the support of other progressive to collectively work towards achieving Imo greatness."
Nwulu, a professional member of the chartered institute of Economics said "My vision is to establish a transparent, accountable, responsive, committed government and build a sustainable state that will promote human capital development, ensure the provision of infrastructure, secure lives and properties and improve access to investment opportunities and life saving services now and for future generations of our people. I call on our people, the good people of Imo State to join our campaign for greater Imo State under the United Progressive Party, UPP."
Thirty nine years member of House of Representatives Committees on Works, Telecommunications, Pension, Inter-Parliamentary Affairs, Emergency Preparedness and Disasters Management sponsored the most popular and youth oriented bill in Nigeria.
The NOT TOO YOUNG TO RUN BILL passed through the National Assembly with concurrence across the 36 State Houses of Assembly has gained Presidential assent with numerous endorsement from International communities including United Nations, ECOWAS Parliament, African Union, European Union, USA, Great Britain, Ford Foundation, etc.
