World Football body (FIFA)  have revealed they've launched an investigation into Chelsea's youth transfer policy, which could see the Premier League champions given a transfer ban if it's decided they've broken the rules.
FIFA regulations prohibit the international transfer of players under the age of 18, unless their parents have emigrated for non-football reasons, or if the player lives within 50km of a national border.
Chelsea are adamant they comply with all the regulations when recruiting players.
This is the third time in eight years that Chelsea has been investigated under these rules - they were banned from signing players for two transfer windows in 2009, following the transfer of Gael Kukuta's move from Lens, but this was later overturned on appeal.
