ATTN: Njoku Macdonald Obinna

My attention was drawn to a post made by Mr. Njoku Macdonald Obinna, The National Leader, The Abba 4th Force on the 13th September 2017 regarding the #Project55555 of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Imo State and President, Rochas Foundation Africa.
Firstly, let me clearly state what #Project55555 is all about, Project 55.5.55 is in commiseration of Rochas Okorocha's 55th Birthday Celebration, and he is also giving massive scholarship to 5 Children each from the 55 African Countries totaling 275, this is in his avowed commitment of extending the gains of free education to the helpless and poor children beyond the shores of Nigeria has established "Rochas Foundation College of Africa".The children are arriving in batches from Gambia, Ethiopia, Guinea Conackary and Sierra-Leone and more to come. They will be joining the over 15000 current children under the Foundation now expanded to extend to other poor African countries, henceforth, these children will eat, acquire education and accommodation free from secondary to University levels; courtesy of #Project55555.

Mr. Njoku Macdonald Obinna in the comment section said and I quote
"While I strongly support a laudable project like this as it centers around awarding partial or full scholarship to indigent but intelligent students , I pray that such policy shall not be compromised .
The pictures of the teenage children seen above with the governor, do they really look like children of the poor?"
While this comment by Mr. Njoku has drawn lots of criticisms to the person of Governor Okorocha, I would love to officially correct the impression that these kids are not from poor backgrounds, the said children shown in the pictures with the Governor are all from different African Countries and are beneficiaries of the Governor's free education largesse, when these children came into Nigeria, they became Governor Okorocha's responsibilities, he clothed them, brushed them up, and gave them a different look, what's education without proper welfare?
While I must strongly commend Mr. Njoku Macdonald Obinna for applauding the Governor's epic initiative which has graduated 13,275 children since 2001, I must also urge that we key into the Governor's vision for a greater Africa.
