The President of the Association of Physically Challenged Persons in Imo State, Comrade Bright Uzoma has poured encomiums on the Chief of Staff to the Imo State Government, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu for his passionate dispositions.
The activist stated this when he led members of his association to receive an empowerment package of 2.7 Million Naira from Ezihe Foundation sponsored by the Nkwerre born Son-in-law to Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha . The money is to be distributed to 27 specially selected physically challenged persons from across the 27 LGAs of the State. The beneficiaries are small scale business owners and skilled workers. The seed fund is expected to assist them grow their trade.
Represented by the Director-general of Ezihe Foundation, Sir Amos Akano, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu charged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the fund to grow their businesses, reminding them that their physical conditions should not be anything impediment to their dreams and aspirations in life. He assured them that his doors are always open to them as he has no other passion but to make those around him happy.
