'NO MORE WAR WAR BUT JOB JOB', Says Okorocha as Youths of Ohaji Egbema and Oguta Pay Him Solidarity Visit
The governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha this afternoon received the youths of Ohaji/Egbema and Oguta LGA's who paid him a solidarity visit to thank him for always putting the interest of the oil region first in all state decisions and most importantly, for initiating the lasting peace that has over taking the area.
The visibly elated Owelle thanked the youths for the show of solidarity, in his words, “I am not even satisfied yet until people like you become great” and assured them his vision would continue beyond 2019 promising to hand over to a youth who sees and share same vision with him.
He appreciated them for coming despite the fact some of them had no money or job but urged them not to worry, he remains their father.
He charged them to remain obedient, "no more war war but job job" that the state government would review the recent employment and know how to accommodate more of them.
Governor Rochas also promised to engage Oguta and Ohaji/Egbema youths in his government while commending the ISOPADEC Youth president- Kelvin Ibe Ekwueme, the Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations) Hon. Uju Kingsley Chima, the Managing Director, ISOPADEC, Hon. Ik Uwakwe and the good people of Ohaji/Egbema and Oguta.
Speaking on behalf of the youths earlier, The ISOPDEC youth president, Ohaji/Egbema, Mr. Kelvin Ibe Ekwueme commended His Excellency for his lasting laudable projects and assured him the youths of Ohaji/Egbema and Oguta are solidly behind him and would continue to support him because he has proven through words and actions that he has the interest of the good people of Ohaji/Egbema and oguta at heart.
