The youthful Chief of Staff to Imo State Governor, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu has counseled Imo youths to be reliable, consistent, focused and imbibe the spirit of patience and perseverance while following a politician. That jumping from one politician to another is not ideal and does not speak good of the person involved.
Speaking at the auspicious occasion of mentoring of Imo youth millionaires drawn from the 31 Electoral wards in Okigwe South Federal constituency, at the residence of, Hon Chike Okafor, member representing Okigwe South in the House of Representatives, the Okorocha’s Son-in-law reminded the youths of his days of sacrifice; painstakingly following Owelle Rochas Okorocha irrespective of challenges, discomfort and difficulties. He reminded them that perseverance, patience and loyalty pays. That while Chief Rochas Okorocha contested for Governor, President, National Chairman of ANPP and PDP and failed in all or couldn't make it due to one reason or another, that him (Uche Nwosu) , Kenneth Emelu and Eze Madumere continued following Okorocha, and didn't abandoned him and ran to those who made it through the electoral process. That they persevered and today, God has crowned their efforts and sacrifice.
He averred that our youths abandoned their political leader, Boss and mentor, and castigate him or her before joining another moving political train or camp immediately the particular politician has a set back or challenge.
He advised the youths to be worthy ambassador and continue to work hard while pursuing their goals in life. He also advised the beneficiaries of the Okorocha’s million largess to invest wisely.
