Imo state chapter of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA has condemned in strong terms, the registration of underaged in some parts of the country in the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration CRV, exercise.
They further lampooned the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC for supervising irregularity of such magnitude, hence called for the immediate resignation of the INEC chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu alleging that the commission’s chairman is wallowing in the face of inefficiency, utmost confusion and tribalism.

APGA speaking through its spokesman, Dr. George Nkwoji told newsmen in Owerri yesterday Monday that INEC is incapable of conducting credible polls in 2019 since the commission and its chairman could not conduct reliable CRV. The party therefore called on Nigerians to condemn the ongoing fraud, outright stoppage and cancellation of the exercise as it is fraught with dishonesty. Nkwoji furthered that the exercise has fallen short of transparency in the conduct of government activities, wondering how kids could be found in large numbers, forming long queues in order to register in their Local Government Areas, insisting that it is contradicting the electoral act and constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.

He maintained that INEC has by implications, commenced rigging process of the 2019 elections in favour of certain parts of the country, positing that all the evil acts are planned for the continued marginalization of the Igbos to favour other regions.
